    This Starbucks is the worst: cold sandwiches & missing mobile orders because "the label printer is faulty." After the third time you realize there is a chronic problem with how this particular location is operated. Starbucks typically are good. I actually thought it impossible to make Starbucks "bad," butthis location takes the cake. Grab coffee and a sandwich somewhere else when you are in Concord.

    I love that this location is close to me. I'm most especially happy tho that this location carries nitro brew. Not all locations do. However, the machine has been broke more often than not recently.. other than that, the employees at super nice and friendly. Don't get alarmed if some use the video chat in the drive through and others don't. It definitely caught me off guard my first rimes. There is plenty of seating on the inside here - it's larger than other locations. Free WiFi!!

    I love this location. It's newly built in concord/painesville right off route 44 from i90. Great quick stop from the freeway. It's in a plaza with great restaurants. Stores are currently being built. Check it out!
    Staff is polite and fast! There is a drive through but I can go in and be out in less than 2 minutes! They have Nitro cold brew here! I learned today that not all locations have it. The locations in Mentor don't FYI. This one does. Get it it's so good and smooth. There is plenty of seating and the windows bring in natural sunlight. It's in the perfect position. Beautiful place
